The first step is to contact us to ensure GLO’s services are the right fit for your business' needs. After the initial call, we recommend conducting a 4-week assessment and review of your business (what we call a “Legal Health Check”) for a flat-fee. During the Legal Health Check period, we will evaluate your business’ contracts, insurance, procedures and operating practices to help identify areas in need of improvement. At the conclusion of the Legal Health Check period, we provide an action plan and recommend a subscription based on the assessed and reported needs of the business.
In order to best serve our client, we can only accept a limited number of clients to our subscription legal services. If you are interested in our subscription plans, please contact us to learn more. If we are unable to accept you immediately, we will notify when we have additional openings for new subscription clients.
Legal projects can include things like customized vendor/customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, review of employee handbooks, trademark registration, or help with a specific project/task that you are working on.
If you have additional needs for services that fall outside of your subscription, you can add a short-term legal project for a flat fee. At any point during the engagement, you can also upgrade your subscription to the next tier. Don't forget, you'll get a discount on any flat fee projects as well!
All of our subscriptions start with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, all subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We proactively review your subscription usage and, if needed, address changes quarterly. If your needs increase or decrease, we will restructure the subscription to fit your personal needs, including suggesting returning to only flat-rate projects, when appropriate.
You can speak to your attorney as often as you would like via scheduled calls. Calls are scheduled according to availability, with subscription clients having priority.
We will proactively schedule your monthly subscription calls. In between those calls, if you have an emergency you can alwasy email or call us. Otherwise, it's easiest to schedule a specific time to talk via calendar links that are reserved only for our subscription clients.
